PV Field Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Installation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properly.
- Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service, instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei, such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.
- Service Strategy:Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the service strategies in specific countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred.
- At least two years of experience in PV or energy storage business.
- Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution;
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits;
Understand the after-sales service process. - Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability.
