IT Specialist - Agency Worker

Rome, Italy

As IT Specialist, you will manage and optimize the office's IT infrastructure for smooth operations, handle system maintenance and troubleshooting, and contribute to digital transformation projects. Additionally, you will assess and implement automation solutions to enhance process efficiency across IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Support & Optimization: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the office’s internal IT infrastructure, optimizing performance and ensuring high operational efficiency.
• System Maintenance & Improvement: Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying pain points, and actively contributing to digital transformation projects.
• Process Automation & Efficiency Enhancements: Continuously assess and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across IT systems.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with IT system management, strong networking skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
• Educational Background & Experience: A degree in IT or a related field is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian is highly preferred.
