Residential PV Solution Specialist
Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
As a Residential PV Solution Specialist at the manufacturer level, you will serve as the technical authority for the residential product portfolio (Inverters, ESS,HEMS). You will be responsible for defining standardized system solutions, empowering regional sales teams and distributors, and bridging the gap between R&D and the market to drive the adoption of our Home Energy Management System (HEMS).
Solution Design & Standardization: * Develop and standardize residential "Solar + Storage + Back up" solution packages tailored to specific regional grid codes and market requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), system schematics, and technical white papers.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct deep-dive research on competitor products and solutions to identify gaps and define our Unique Selling Propositions (USP).
Monitor industry trends (e.g., VPP, AFCI, Rapid Shutdown) to ensure solutions remain at the forefront of technology.
Technical Sales Enablement:
Provide high-level technical support for key accounts and major distribution partners during the pre-sales phase.
Present technical solutions at international trade shows, seminars, and product launch events.
Channel Empowerment & Training:
Develop and deliver technical training programs for installers and distributors to ensure high-quality installation and minimize after-sales issues.
Create "Certified Installer" curricula and troubleshooting guides.
Product Strategy & Feedback Loop:
Collect and analyze field feedback and customer pain points to provide actionable insights for the R&D team for future product iterations.
Verify compatibility between company products and third-party devices (e.g., Heat Pumps, smart meters).
Requirements:
At least 2 years of full-time work in PV/energy storage business as Solution/Technical Sales directly taking care of customers and projects from Residential market
Be familiar with PV & ESS project design regulations and specifications, Technical Expertise: * In-depth knowledge of PV inverter topologies, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Motivated and able to work across international and multi-cultural teams;
Strong English and Polish;
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
