Job Title: Finance Operation Management
Job Location: Luxembourg or Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational advisor of the customer's account department: Analysis the macro economic environment, understand the customer's strategy and investment portfolio, analysis customer's financial performance, understand the customer's financial requirements and pain points, support the exploration of business opportunities, identify and evaluate customer risks and transaction risks, and participate in the development of business strategies.
- Operating partner of the customer's account department: Understand Huawei operating management requirements and manage the operating quality (Opportunity, Growth, Investment, Return, Efficiency, Risk). Support to achieve the business targets through effective operation management (annual budget, monthly forecast and business performance analysis, set up and manage operation tasks, etc.). Manage the department's SG&A expenses (budgeting, forecasting, expenses control, risk management, etc.), manage resources, support the coordination of HR, finance, and business of the department.
- Compliance management: Understand the policy of accounting, tax, treasury, etc.; Set up the internal control operation mechanism of the customer's Account Department, improve the internal control maturity, and ensure the authenticity and reliability of financial report data and business operation in compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree Finance or related field.
- +5 years experience in Finance domain.
- Financial analysis capability: Strong comprehensive financial analysis capability and independent judgment capability, good at data and business analysis and management, and strong logical thinking capability. Have basic knowledge of accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury, and Sub-Company.
- Business and progress related: Knowledge of products, customers, subcontractors, logistic and delivery, procurement, supply, and project management.
- Communication skills: Advanced communication skills, target driving, teamwork, work with stakeholders to understand and solve problems.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English as working language.
