Job Title: Junior Site Engineer

Job Location: Rome (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site installation activities for network infrastructure, including antennas, poles, panels, and power systems, ensuring timely and smooth installations.
• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, ensuring efficient site rollout and on-time delivery while aligning with project goals.
• Oversee technical documentation (BOQs, project specifications), ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Conduct site surveys to assess readiness, ensure compliance with project requirements, and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors, organizing meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Minimum 6 months of experience managing site installation projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and quality assurance methodologies (In case you don’t possess the relevant past experience, we encourage you to apply for our internship position).
• Proficiency in structural calculations, technical documentation, and software tools like Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and ProSAP (or similar). Knowledge of renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
