Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for relationship management and contract management, including the renegotiation of contractual issues and contract expansions.
- Take the lead and be responsible for managing communications with the owners of network locations within the project. Independent decision-making to acquire or maintain network locations, while working within clear legal and financial boundaries.
- Manage the administration of the entire acquisition process in the designated system, from initiation to final approvals.
- Monitor and report on site deployment progress, including Site Acquisition, stakeholders’ relations, contract renegotiations, and amendments. Identify and report potential issues, face challenges that may arise prior to and/or during the roll-out and obstacles that could impact the roll-out of specific sites.
- Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the issue management framework, including de-escalation tools, templates, methods, and processes that support the underlying activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, Management, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Internship experience or 1+ years of experience in a similar role, such as in real estate, with other operators, or in a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities, comfort in a technical environment, and a solid understanding of project management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with landlords, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong Planning and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized work processes to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, accuracy in execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Time Management and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage targets while adapting to continuously changing situations.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to work according to outlined processes, prioritize tasks, and translate priorities into actionable steps.
