Job Title: Junior Site Engineer (Intern)

Job Location: Rome (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site installation activities for energy systems and network infrastructure, including antennas, poles, panels, power supplies, and energy-efficient solutions, ensuring timely and smooth installations.
• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, ensuring efficient site rollout and on-time delivery while aligning with project goals, with a focus on sustainability and energy optimization.
• Oversee technical documentation (BOQs, project specifications), ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess readiness, verify compliance with project requirements, and identify potential issues, prioritizing energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors, organizing meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and energy standards.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Proficiency in structural and electrical calculations, technical documentation, and software tools like Office, AutoCAD, Revit, ProSAP, PVSyst (or similar). Knowledge of renewable energy (solar in particular) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
