Job Title: Junior OSS Engineer / Network Operations Engineer (Intern)

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement cloud infrastructure projects as per the plan, following the project manager’s requirements. Complete assigned tasks and act as a communication bridge between teams during the project.
• Manage firmware upgrades, system configurations, and hardware setup (storage, servers, switches) related to cloud infrastructure.
• Carry out software deployment, upgrades, and testing for cloud-based systems, resolving issues during implementation.
• Provide operational and maintenance training to customers for cloud infrastructure, offering post-implementation support.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure during the implementation phase to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
• Language Requirements: Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian.
