Main Responsibilities:
Territory: Graz Or Innsbruck
- Increase Huawei installation and market share,
- Breakthroughs of installers who do not use Huawei equipment and purchase Huawei equipment.
- Establish and optimize the installer map;
- Guide installers PV community registration and certification.
- Visit installers and organize workshops on daily basis.
- Product training, selling point transfer (datasheet, brochures, etc.), and installation guidance;
- Increase Huawei brand awareness via display of MKT materials for PV Solar installers.
- Sales Promotion: Presenting solar products, carrying out sales campaigns, and supporting orders.
- As the regional contact person of Huawei, collect problems and feedback.
- Customer Support: Direct contact and building long-term relationships with installers in the solar sector.
- Consulting & Training: Providing technical support and advice on products and installation processes. Conducting product training sessions and workshops.
- Market Research: Collecting feedback, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Recording customer conversations and providing regular reports to the team.
Requirements:
- Good at communication and expression,
- Proactively take care of work tasks and have a high sense of responsibility
- Finish tasks in a prioritized manner
- Business travelling is required.
- PV industry working experience or electrical background will be an advantage.
- Fluent German speaker; business fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have the well knowledge of office software: word, excel, ppt, outlook, etc.
