Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager Automotive (m/f/d)
Job Location: Berlin, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
- Exhibit expertise in key account management, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account penetration, planning, mapping, power-based selling, negotiation, and presentation.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities within the high-end product lines of Germany's largest automotive client.
- Promote Huawei Technologies' comprehensive IT and networking solutions while understanding and responding effectively to customer needs.
- Provide insights on offerings and prospect needs, and contribute ideas for the development of product and solutions portfolios.
- Take ownership of the sales and marketing functions for Key Accounts, ensuring effective strategies and execution.
- Drive initiatives to increase revenue and profit, ensure proper handover, and collaborate with the team, leveraging organizational resources such as Presales, Services, and Channel teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT account sales, with specific experience in expanding and managing automotive manufacturing clients.
• In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market. - Technical background in IT with knowledge of storage, networks, or Cloud and typical applications in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments, as well as project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions, combined with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully securing new business.
- Fluency in German and in English are essential.
- Eligible to work within Germany.
