Job Title: Account Manager
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
You will be part of the local team to continuously strengthen the Huawei brand in the Carrier Network and deliver outstanding achievements in sales. You will be responsible for developing an Account Plan, outlining emerging account opportunities to be addressed through account related activities, supported Bidding Department and Pre-Sales.
• Meet revenue targets as agreed with senior management
• Support the overall development of Huawei Bulgaria Office
• Interface with target customers in order to determine their potential to do business
• Head up sales campaigns focused on winning business within their target customer market, ensure senior management are aware of resource requirements
• Ensure all customer requirements are captured and follow up measures are taken
• Develop relationships with senior customer leaders
• Report on customer account status on regular bases, develop opportunities and prepare proposals to ensure resources can be allocated
• Ensure all opportunities are tracked in order that any key issues can be addressed as soon as possible
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent industry related experience.
• 3+ years Telecommunication Industry related sales experiences in Bulgaria.
• Good market insight ability to understand local market to identify the opportunities.
• Good engagement with customers both in technical and business aspects.
• Good communication and management ability with customers.
• Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
• Have a good working knowledge in Telecommunication Industry.
• Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs, both internally and externally.
• Very focused and driven individual, able to carry responsibility and develop solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach at all levels within a business and social environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.
• Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast learning.
• Willing to travel.
