Job Title: Junior Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Support digital power and green energy projects by developing both high-level and low-level solution designs, ensuring competitiveness, cost efficiency, and high quality.
- Ensure all solutions and designs comply with local electrical regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Engage in discussions with customers, present Huawei’s solutions, demonstrate the value, and align on solution scope through technical workshops and clarifications.
- Provide support for project rollouts, including the creation of installation guidelines, on-site handbooks, and quality acceptance guidelines. Offer on-site support to subcontractors during installation, ensure design and quality standards are met, conduct solution clarifications, and perform quality audits.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence discussions and collaborate effectively with customers and subcontractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other relevant software tools.
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills; familiar with social etiquette and cultural diversity, possessing poise, grace, and an open, optimistic mindset.
