Job Title: Project Manager Assistant Datacenter Facilities (Contractor)

Job Location: Hague, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities: 

• As a key role in the project, help build project teams, develop plans and budgets, streamline technology, procurement, supply, finance, and other domains, operate projects according to the PMP process, and ensure successful delivery and achievement of financial targets;
• Manage partner delivery, manage partner qualification, process standardization, and customer satisfaction, and continuously improve partner delivery quality;
• Be responsible for the overall engineering delivery progress, quality, and customer satisfaction of the projects, and be able to develop improvement measures based on weaknesses and problems to continuously improve the project;
• Control the project pace, and develop plans for project delivery, and signing to support the achievement of the revenue target;
• Implement the transformation achievements, implement quality management activities in processes, and ensure quality and safe delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Project management industrial leading company, experience in data center project management is preferred.
• Bachelor degree project management or higher preferred extra knowledge on electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch Multi-language skill is preferred, written and spoken, good communication and cost control, project overview, project progress control and customer satisfaction control.
• Service skill requirements: 1) Familiar with basic project management skills such as project plan management, risk management, cost control, etc. 2) Experience of confidently leading project progress and project meetings and reporting to senior level stakeholders.
• Professional knowledge requirements: 1) Basic knowledge of project management, PMP or equivalent is preferred. 2) Rich project management experience on data center products or solutions, familiar with market development in power and energy domain, including UPS, and power distribution, etc.
• Good relations with local contractors in the Benelux and rich social networking in datacenter ecosystem.
• Deep understanding Datacenter industry and safety regulations in Benelux.
