Huawei IT Solution Manager
We are looking for an IT Solution Manager to strengthen customer relationships, develop technical solutions, and drive IT projects. The role involves engaging with customers’ technical teams, designing solutions, preparing bids and quotations, and executing branding strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing competitors, supporting technical sales teams, and promoting Huawei IT products such as Storage, Servers, Cloud Solutions, and Data Centers. The IT Solution Manager will manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, maintain relationships with key partners, and provide strategic IT advice to enterprise and SMB/SME customers in Italy.Job Location: Milan, Italy
Main Responsibilities:
- Further relationships with the customers' junior- and mid-level personnel and technical personnel
- Independently gain insights into customers, develop the solution, network design, bidding, and quotation for multiple products
- Execute the brand marketing activities following established branding strategies.
- Collect and analyze competitors' information, participate in developing and executing competition strategy
- Knowledge transfer to technical sales team members
- Promote Huawei IT Products including Storage, Server, Cloud Solutions, and Data Center solutions and services to end customers and partners
- Manage and deliver technical answers RFI/RFP/RFQ
- Maintain the technical relationship with named/key partners, including enablement and project cooperation
- Understand customer’s business and strategy in IT domain, including big enterprises and SMB/SME in Italy
- Gain trust from customer and maintain relationship with them from technical point of view , and be able to give advice to customer in IT strategy and projects
- Cooperate with sales team and after sales team, in order to finally win projects in IT domain
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 5 years in the Italian market in presales of IT solution
- Demonstrated ability to engage and create relationship with clients
- Experience with Enterprise Business market/product portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Problem solving attitude, strong initiative attitude
- Ability to travel within Italy is required.
