Job Title: Spare Part Coordinator

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office spare part management and spare part delivery service
• Output and update the spare delivery plan in order to ensure the network safety
• Reporting and meeting with customers, be escalation point for spare part service
• Safety stock Management, routine review and update in co-operation with regional spare part planner
• Spare parts warehouse management, monitor and control delivery, inventory, stocktaking and inbound/outbound operations
• Responsible for On-time-service in the networks and internal KPI fulfillment
• Monthly review and processing of invoicing and financial information related to spare part service
• Internal control and audit in spare part service
• Needs to comprehend basic telecommunication network principles and logistics tasks

Requirements:

• 1- 3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent command of the English language & strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Sense of ownership and commitment to deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
