Spare Part Specialist

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:

• Work report/summary on weekly and monthly base
• Operation support, end to end invoice payment, and other related tasks
• Support with planning and processing of Inventory stocktaking
• KPI Management: ensure spare parts business related KPIs can be reach the target
• LSP management: ensure inventory accuracy and completing quarter stocktaking in time, analyzing inventory discrepancies etc.
• Monitoring spare parts business-related progress: ensure smooth running of operations (delivery,reverse, scrap etc.), manage the businesses end to end
• Optimizing business processes: fixing out the problems, optimize and implement into the business process
• Internal control management: ensure control points in business processes comply with company'snrequirements

Requirements:

• Work experience in related field, at least 2 years
• Proactively take care of work tasks and have a high sense of responsibility
• Open minded, creative and self-motivated person, who loves to work in a multicultural environment
• Finish tasks in a prioritized manner
• Cooperate well with the suppliers and team for a smooth and efficient work outcome
• Have well knowledge about safety stock level, SLA, ITO
• Have a systematic and analytical thinking.
• Professional level of German and English languages skills is mandatory, both spoken and written
