Regional Channel Operation Manager
Vienna, Austria
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for digital power channel business operation work
- Channel certification management, responsible for each rep office channel certification process tracking and capability development
- Follow all of the internal channel business process on e-partner systems
- Channel partner training and MKT process support
- Channel partner performance and rebate management
- Daily communication with Head Office and rep office for internal work
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with partners and internal rep office, teamwork spirit; resilient and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability;
- Need to contact the HQ colleagues, fluent Mandarin and English are must
- Knowledge of Channel business model, with channel experience will be preferred
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or ICT, electric majors, information technologies, Mechanical Engineers, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy, etc.
- More than 3 years of experience in channel sales management background with on-site experience;
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
- Patience, strong execution, good at excel and PPT will be preferred
- Fluent in German and English; Chinese is an advantage
