Regional Channel Operation Manager

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital power channel business operation work
• Channel certification management, responsible for each rep office channel certification process tracking and capability development
• Follow all of the internal channel business process on e-partner systems
• Channel partner training and MKT process support
• Channel partner performance and rebate management
• Daily communication with Head Office and rep office for internal work

Requirements:

• Good communication skills with partners and internal rep office, teamwork spirit; resilient and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability;
• Need to contact the HQ colleagues, fluent Mandarin and English are must
• Knowledge of Channel business model, with channel experience will be preferred
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or ICT, electric majors, information technologies, Mechanical Engineers, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy, etc.
• More than 3 years of experience in channel sales management background with on-site experience;
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
• Patience, strong execution, good at excel and PPT will be preferred
• Fluent in German and English; Chinese is an advantage
