Storage Engineer

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support service to the Enterprise customers/partners independently as well as project preparation, pre-sales/post-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team
• Provide professional training to partners
• Provide storage optimization suggestions
• Maintain the good relationship with customers/partners, be responsible for customer/partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Storage Engineering
• Good technical skill in storage technology
• Good communications skills and ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work in a structured manner and have a problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi task
• Fluent in English language; knowledge of German language is a plus.
