Job Title: Tax Specialist

Job Location: Milan, Italy

Responsibilities:

• Deal with the preparation of periodical tax calculations for VAT and WHT.

• Make preparation of other fulfillments required by the law (such as Intrastat, Quarterly VAT communications, Stamp duties, etc.).

• Provide assistance in preparation of annual tax returns.

• Monitor and reconcile the invoices from billing system.

• Provide internal support in tax related matters.

• Proactively monitoring the changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulation which impact the business activities.

• Other complementary tasks.

Requirement:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Ideally between 2 and 5 years of experience in tax departments of structured and/or multinational companies or tax firms.

• Knowledge of the basis of the Italian tax system (both direct and indirect taxes). Knowledge of international taxes will be much appreciated.

• General knowledge IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAPS.

• Fluent in English and proficient with informatic tools (especially excel)-

• Problem solving, Teamwork. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment. Open to embrace a different culture environment, open minded, flexible, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under deadlines.
