Job Title: HR Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
We are currently looking for a HR Specialist (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing employee relationships.
- Edit videos and design posters for various events.
- Work closely with HRBP/COE and be involved into various HR modules to ensure the implementation of basic actions and regularly evaluate and provide feedback.
- Identify risks and issues refer to HR operation (including policies, processes, and IT systems) during process.
- Implement procedural/administrative systems and perform office procedures.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in media, HR, business administration or relevant.
- Proficient in video and photo editing tools, such as Ps, Pr, Capcut (Jianying) etc.
- Creative thinking ability to translate raw footage into a finished product while following a script or storyboard.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, German is considered as an advantage.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
