Job Title: HR Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

We are currently looking for a HR Specialist (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing employee relationships.
• Edit videos and design posters for various events.
• Work closely with HRBP/COE and be involved into various HR modules to ensure the implementation of basic actions and regularly evaluate and provide feedback.
• Identify risks and issues refer to HR operation (including policies, processes, and IT systems) during process.
• Implement procedural/administrative systems and perform office procedures.

Requirements:

• Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in media, HR, business administration or relevant.
• Proficient in video and photo editing tools, such as Ps, Pr, Capcut (Jianying) etc. 
• Creative thinking ability to translate raw footage into a finished product while following a script or storyboard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, German is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
