Requirements for the position
- Completed education: Public relations, Journalism, Marketing and Management
- Achieved educational qualification level: bachelor, master and higher qualification degree
- Professional experience: Public Relation
- Level of foreign language: very good command of English
Basic job functions, duties and responsibilities
А. Functions and duties
- Provide information to the media and the public about the company.
- Develop programs to promote the work of the company and raising the prestige of the company in society
- Assist in informing the public and providing links with the media.
- Keep in touch with the other offices of “Huawei” Group
- Write press releases
- Support with event organization
B. Main responsibilities for the position
- To provide information reflected in the media and related company within the workday.
- To develop and implement programs to promote the work of the company and raising the prestige in society.
- To assist the related public and media appearances.
- To liaise with the media.
- To select and provide periodic information to the media about the work of the company after approval.
- To develop materials that promote the work of the company.
- To maintain an archive of media appearances related to the company.
- To organize and manage conferences and corporate events
- To prepare and provide information strategy.
- Responsible for the quality of the performed activities related to job duties
- Responsible for the compliance of the confidentiality parameters, set in the provision of information, according to rules of Internal labor regulations, the internal norms, the individual contract and additional agreements to the contract
- Responsible for the processing, storage and providing of the documents entrusted to him/her, according to the rules of the employer and PDPA
- In the performance of the duties is personally liable for any damages because of untimely or inaccurate transmitted information, as well as for non-proliferation of personal information which has become known in the performance of his/her duties when it may impair the personal dignity of a manager, worker or employee in the organization, or the information is business and/or trade secret
- Responsible for safety and fire protection in order to be prevented any danger for life and health.
