IP Solution Manager

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:           

• Presale support including quotation, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing etc.
• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with operators. Collect and analyze all marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.
• Promote full range of Huawei IP products and solutions to targeted customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with post-sales and R&D to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
• Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in the fields of IP/MPLS, Datacom Technology (e,g, switch, router, wifi etc.).
• At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales working experience in Austria.
• If you have CCIE certificate, is a plus
• Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
            - Respect and appreciation of customer requirements.
            - Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies management services.
            - Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management engineering, marketing).
• Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
• Good presentation, collaboration, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Love to work in multicultural working environment
• Language skill requirement: fluent in both German and English
