Main Responsibilities:
- Lead network planning and optimization efforts, overseeing delivery, pre-sales activities, and service development for small- and medium-scale projects and networks.
- Direct the design and implementation of B2B delivery solutions for network products in the Optical (WDM) domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of telecommunications equipment, overseeing installation, configuration, commissioning, and integration while ensuring optimal performance.
- Guide the development of innovative solutions, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
- Drive network optimization initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and competitiveness.
- Secure customer recognition and stakeholder buy-in by presenting and validating technical solutions that enhance service quality and business outcomes.
- Oversee technical support operations, ensuring effective collaboration between teams to facilitate seamless project implementation and technology adoption.
- Develop best practices, document case studies, and establish service requirements while mentoring and training junior team members to build technical expertise.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in network planning, optimization, and service delivery.
- Strong expertise in Optical (WDM) network technologies and architectures.
- Proven ability to lead network deployment, integration, and optimization projects.
- Experience in risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
- Language Requirements: Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian.
