This position belongs to our Huawei Romania Office - Digital Power Department, located in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area, however this job location will be Timisoara area.

The Field Force Specialist acts as our client branding ambassador, tasked with establishing and maintaining offline connections with medium- and long-tail installers. The role focuses on enhancing market penetration, developing the installer community, and ensuring effective communication of client product and promotion strategies.

Job Title: Field Force Specialist (Digital Power BU)

Job Location: Timisoara, Romania

Key Responsibilities:

Mapping and Community Building:

• Identify and map installers, creating an installer map.
• Register with the installer community and establish effective connections.

Market Penetration and Relationship Management:

• Drive market share growth by engaging non-client installers.
• Conduct routine offline visits to installers and organize workshops.
• Promote our client product selling points through materials like quick-reference guides and brochures.

Communication and Feedback:

• Disseminate new product information and Go-To-Market (GTM) promotions.
• Display marketing materials at installer locations.
• Collect and report common issues or feedback to improve processes and solutions.

Training and Enablement:

• Participate in our client onboarding training, covering products, solutions, service issues, and sales strategies.
• Attend centralized and regular training sessions.

Operational Excellence:

• Follow our client’s guidelines to avoid disrupting existing transaction channels or discussing pricing.
• Adhere to assigned KPIs for performance tracking and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, installer ecosystems or tier-2 market development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a coverage area of 30 to 100 suppliers.
• Driver license + personal car.
