Job Title:
Senior Project Procurement Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- As the Project procurement manager, be responsible for overall procurement cost and resource of the said project, identify the potential risk and find the solution.
- Making the procurement strategy of the project following the company policy, including the new supplier qualification, supplier selection, price and contract negotiation, contract draft and get approved, etc.
- Sourcing for the new suppliers, build the supplier map and maintain the good relationship with CXO of the suppliers.
- Supplier daily management, such as organizing the supplier performance evaluation, communicate with supplier their performance, make the improvement plan of the area of the poor performance, solve the complaint of the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil work, Engineering, Green Energy or related
- At least 5 year's work experience.
- Skilled in office software (Office, Excel, Power point) and skilled in cost analysis.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and social ability.
- Fluent spoken and written in English.
- Strong target Oriented, Proactive work attitude.
- The candidate who has the work experience in Data center building, civil work, green energy area will be considered as a plus.
