Job Title: Public Relations Specialist - Agency Worker
Job Location: Rome, Italy
Main Responsibilities:
- PR & Communications Support. Assist in implementing PR strategies to enhance corporate reputation, including drafting multilingual (Chinese/Italian) materials for internal/external communications and CSR initiatives.
- Operational & Event Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and event management (e.g., translations, event logistics).
- Stakeholder Engagement Assistance. Facilitate communication with stakeholders (media, partners, government agencies) under leadership guidance, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Media & Crisis Response Assistance. Support crisis management efforts by drafting statements and maintaining real-time updates in Chinese/Italian.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Political Science/International Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Italian and Chinese are a must).
- Logical Thinking: Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze issues clearly and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiently use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
- Work Style: Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
