This position belongs to our Consumer European Contract Fulfillment Share Center (CBG), with work location in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.
This position has a full-time office based schedule.
Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment operation:
- End-to end recruitment process operation
Attendance management& operation:
- Leave, attendance card management, attendance analysis on monthly basis
- Prepare payroll timesheets and verify the accuracy
In and out tracking operation:
- Manage onboarding process for new employees
- Accommodate the new employees
- Manage the exit interviews process
- Verify and accurately process employee personnel data forms
Expense management& operation:
- Agency reimbursement, Perform monthly HR payments
Asset management:
- Asset turnover/applying/tracking
Proposals to support business success:
- Offer active support to employees /BU’s /managers for using the internal HR applications and tools;
- Active participation in development and improvement of HR process and policies in regards to different HR activities;
- Prepare recurrent and ad-hoc reports for HR and business management
Agency communication:
- Communicate on routine manner with external customers (agencies and HR suppliers)
Project members communication:
- Promote HR policies and offers pro-active support to employees to ensure comprehension and compliance;
Client orientation:
- Able to face internal customer, offer support, show empathy and consideration; very good listening skills
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource related major
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resource, minimum 2 in other related fields
- Professional level of English required
Professional skills
- Good communication skills, patience, ability to work under pressure
- High attention to details, has the sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within a team
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) – mandatory
- Ability to work with numbers, ability to work with databases
- Multitasking capability
- Extraverted personality
- Logic thinking and working skills
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
