Job Title: Telecommunication Junior Project Manager
Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process of subcontractor activities, including task management, issue resolution, progress tracking, SLA control, and planning.
- Communication: Maintain and follow up on action items with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.
- Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and fulfill stakeholder expectations.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project performance against the plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Process Improvement: Develop scalable and repeatable processes to enhance project quality and overall delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in management, science, or engineering.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and PMI methodologies.
- Expertise in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, utilizing tools such as Gantt charts and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Skilled in identifying, managing, and effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to inspire, guide, and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Competence in analyzing challenges, identifying solutions, and making decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ideally possesses work or internship experience in project management or project delivery.
- Preferred training, practical experience, or certifications in project management (e.g., PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2).
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
