Senior Enterprise Account Manager
Vienna, Austria
Main Responsibilities:
- Focus Areas: Public, Health Sector, Education Sector
- Mainly responsible for improving organization’s market position and achieves financial growth in given sector. Seek out, develop, and close business opportunities.
- Define long-term organizational strategic goals in given sector, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends.
- Deep insight of the Named Accounts in given sector, understand customer’s business, identify business opportunities mapping with our products and solutions, develop the local partner ecosystem.
- Work with the internal team and external partner to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
- Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
- Help develop new customer and manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage
- At least 5 years sales experience in ICT industry
- Within the ICT industry with the proven successful track record
- Working knowledge and experience selling complex technology solutions to customers
- Proven business development experience and ability to win new business to meet target
- Effective selling and communications skills
- Fluent knowledge of English and German language is mandatory
