Job Title: Communication and Trust Building Leader
Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (also possible in another Huawei office in European region)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop regional communication and trust building strategies, and guide CSPOs to develop local influence improvement, ecosystem cooperation, proactive communication, and cooperation solutions.
- Contact CSPO in the anchor country to fulfill external responsibilities and requirements, and coordinate with other departments to establish a routine communication mechanism with regulators, customers, industry, and standards organizations.
- Proactively identify key external stakeholders at the regional level, and support RSPO to work with departments to establish a regular communication mechanism with regulators, customers, industry, and standards organizations.
- Improve the CSPO's external communication and trust building capabilities, guide the CSPO to communicate with local key stakeholders and build trust, and replace the CSPO to fulfill the responsibilities of local experts when necessary.
- Participate in cross-country communication and cooperation project operations.
- Maintain and update the communication strategy of the European Region, specify the responsibility matrix and division of responsibilities, and standardize operations through policies and processes.
- Plan annual regional key summits and forums, and take the lead in developing and releasing the content of important activities.
- Leverage various channels and platforms to participate in communication with key external stakeholders, especially regulators and carrier customers, to effectively build trust and support business development.
- Improve the communication capabilities of CSPOs in rep offices.
Requirements:
- You have at least three years of work experience as customer CSO, as representative office CSPO, or at a cyber security related role in a regulatory organization.
- You are familiar with cyber security legal requirements and principles, major standards, frameworks, and certification mechanisms in major countries.
- You are familiar with major corporate policies and processes.
- You have project management skills and a sense of ownership over your work.
- You have strong external insight and trend awareness, be proficient in external communication and influence building, and be able to effectively manage communication business by using management methods such as policies, processes, KCPs, and measurement.
- You have strong strategy building and report writing skills
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and you are effective at explaining complex issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European language or Chinese skills would be advantage
