Job Title: Junior Marketing Manager

Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all offline marketing activities, such as (but not limited); Organizing events, client activities, creating materials (brochures, flyers etc.), supporting travel, third party communication etc.
• Responsible for all offline marketing activities, such as (but not limited); Website and content creation, monitoring social media, customer & data analytics.
• Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships for tools and advertising opportunities.
• Define yearly marketing & media strategy, planning, side projects and cost for those segments which show the highest business opportunities and/or priority.

Requirements:

• University bachelor or master degree in Marketing preferred.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both oral and written.
  
• Outside of the box thinker with a hands-on attitude and high energy for customers.
  
• Experienced in identifying the right audiences based on data and facts.
  
• Strong skills in developing and rolling out digital campaigns.
  
• Embraces time pressure while having the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once (flexible mind).
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
  
• Team player and good listener.
