Job Title: Channel Manager
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
Develop Photovoltaic business partners in Bulgaria, enhance local partner ecosystem; ensure the achievement of partner target
Engage regularly with channel partners, acquire their requirements and demands and provide support
Provide support on channel partners’ training/branding activities
Execute channel policy and programs for channel partners
Collect market information on a regular basis to support the go-to-market strategy and channel policies improvement.
Development and implementation of partner capability improvement plans
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred;
Deep Knowledge in PV solution such as panel, inverter and grid network etc. Additional knowledge of Greece market is a bonus;
Sales experience in PV/ Energy field; Channel sales experiences or channel sales team management experiences would be preferred;
4Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;
Success-oriented, motivation for market development;
Minimum 3 years working experience in energy industry, thereof at least 1 years channel sales in industrial leading companies;
Excellent command of Bulgarian and the English language, written and spoken; Good communication and presentation skills
