Job Title: Junior Sales Financing Manager - Graduate Program

Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands

Important: To be considered for this role, applicants must be eligible to work and live in The Netherlands already.

We are currently looking for a recent graduate to join our sales financing department of about 12 people, based in Rijswijk. You will be responsible to understand and analyze the client’s circumstance whilst providing bespoke financing solutions to meet their needs, in relation to the procurement process. You must provide professional financial advice with a client-centric mentality following Huawei’s company ethos, to an exceptionally high level every time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand customer financial requirement and financial needs related to procurement.
• Design trade financing solutions and implement the solution end to end.
• Contact and develop cooperation with different financial institutions and organizations.
• Responsible for the Post-Financial Management work.
• Responsible for the Sales finance Project Management work.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Finance or related field.
  
• Passionate in commercial/sales finance and a keen eye for detail.
  
• Good knowledge and understanding of trade finance principles, products and tools.
  
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial institution operation and organization.
  
• Confident, with strong communication and people handling skills evidenced in client-facing solutions.
  
• Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and other languages would be an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of project management and international trade is desirable.
