Job Title: Commercial Contracts Fulfillment Manager
Job Location: Rome
Main Responsibilities:
The Commercial Contract Fulfillment Manager will play a crucial role in contract management and negotiation, ensuring the success of our global projects. Responsibilities include:
- Bidding Support: Actively participate in bidding projects, reviewing bidding documents, supporting bidding teams in the preparation of deliverables in compliance with Huawei regulations, and frequently communicating with customers.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in and lead contract negotiation for overseas telecommunication projects (especially large-scale telecommunication Turnkey projects and Managed/Maintenance Service projects are a plus). Lead the negotiation team to reach negotiation targets as the chief negotiator, including acceptance and delivery terms clauses.
- Execution Support: Support the delivery team during the contract execution phase by providing interpretation of contract clauses.
- Penalty Management: Take care of penalty management and negotiation.
- Negotiation Strategy: Formulate effective negotiation strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft contracts and participate in the overall review of contracts to support the decision-making process in contracting stages. Familiarity with various standard contract templates of the telecommunication and construction industries (e.g., FIDIC) is required.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of overall corporate negotiation capability by delivering training on negotiation, sharing negotiation experiences, etc.
Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a solid background, possessing the following requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree or above, with professional qualifications and experience in international trade and financing, international business law, project management, and/or other relevant specialties.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in contract management, gained within corporate environments, consultancy firms, or legal firms.
- Cross-functional Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a high level of communication and collaboration capabilities, plus strong team spirit.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
