Job Title: Finance Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Support the management of sales expenses, administrative expenses, and marketing expenses of Huawei's business in Europe, including:
- Analyze the execution of monthly expenses, review the execution progress of various expenses, identify business risks and issues in advance, and provide financial solutions and suggestions.
- Analyze the deviation between the forecast and the actual accounting result, locate the reasons for the deviation, support the design of improvement solutions, and improve the forecast quality.
- Regularly edit monthly and quarterly expense reports.
- Cooperate with business controllers (BCs) to monitor expense compliance, such as SSE spot check and expense PR review etc.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in Finance or relevant.
- Professional knowledge and experience in financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Strong data analysis skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions. Be able to efficiently manage and analyze large amounts of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT), especially proficiency in advanced Excel features.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
- Stakeholder management, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively coordinate internal and external resources required by tasks.
- Previous working experience at MNC is preferred.
