Job Title: Junior Channel Operations Financial Specialist (Intern) - Chinese Speaker

Job Location: Rome, Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial and sales data from channel partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Support monthly reporting and forecasting activities, including partner tracking and budget vs. actual analysis.

• Help monitor partner-led projects, ensuring alignment with financial plans, timelines, and incentive programs.

• Prepare and maintain dashboards and templates for tracking rebates, marketing development funds (MDF), and other partner incentives.

• Support presales efforts by assisting with customer credit checks, reviewing basic financial terms, and helping draft simple financing options.

• Collaborate with finance, sales, and partner managers to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

• Perform ad-hoc research and administrative tasks to support ongoing channel initiatives.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field, graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, forecasts, and P&L.

• Language Requirements: Good command of English, fluent in Italian and Chinese language.
