Job Title: Contract Manager
Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities: The Contract Manager is in charge of management and operations from aspects including profitability/commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers.
- Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, or draft contracts
- Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium-level managers
- Take part in SDT (Sales Decision-making Team) operations management, and participate in the reviews of and support decision-making on regional-level key complex projects
- Organize all the functions to identify risk and develop risk mitigation plan in pre-sales phase, manage the risk and dispute during fulfillment phase
- Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement
- Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the contract fulfillment phase
Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant experience in relevant position. Working in ICT vendors will be preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding and deep knowledge of contracts (examples: payment, trade terms, taxation, business models, currency risk control, guarantees, penalties, liabilities, project planning milestones & principles, quotation principles, warranty conditions, IPR etc.
- Ability to understand customers' needs in order to achieve the desired solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties.
- Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, not afraid to take responsibilities.
- Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor degree or higher in international trade, accounting, law or relevant from an accredited university
- Fluent in both English AND German mandatory
- Good command of PC skills
