The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic BD Manager for our Digital Power Business Unit to foster our growth especially on the PV Utility Scale segment. This is a unique opportunity to enter one of the fastest growing and most interesting sector in the renewable energy market being able to represent a brand with a unique value proposition in terms of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Breaking-through with identified named-accounts such as EPCs, Investment Funds, Utilities
- Strategical outlining of customer development plan
- Retention of existing clients and improving market shares with those existing clients
- Coordination with internal supporting platforms such as presales, supply chain, service and R&D to ensure the clients receive the necessary products, documents and support
- Participate to industry fairs, workshops and organize events aimed to convey Huawei value proposition to target customers
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Italy Photovoltaic Industry with particular focus on inverter and BESS solutions
- Solid track record of sales preferably within the Utility Scale segment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English
- A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- You love travelling frequently to meet customers both nationally and internationally
