Job Title: IP Network Solutions Engineer

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical presales support for account managers and channel partners
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions
• Deliver technical presentations and workshops for customers, partners and prospects
• Keep up-to-date on the technology, competitive solutions, products and services.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for EBG Networking product line
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with partners and customers to assess partnerships/relations
• Be an expert with respect to the competition in Networking area
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Prepare configurations and design of Networking Products according to requirements
• Perform product demos to customers
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Brief and train the Sales Persons in Organization
• Preparing marketing materials, attending conferences on behalf of Company, writing professional articles
• Follow according to Company strategy and rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IP networking, ideally with a systems integrator or enterprise networking vendor.
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, or Network Security.
• Certifications:
  • CCNP/CCDP level or equivalent required.
  • CCIE certification is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the product portfolios of leading enterprise networking vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science (or a related field) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Confident presenter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw and travel occasionally within Poland.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Creative thinker with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Good project management skills to coordinate various stages of the solution process.
