Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist (Contractor)
Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (Full-time, on-site)
Main Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees. Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and liaise with external payroll providers.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee health insurance, pension, and disability insurance processes, ensuring accurate data and smooth communication with providers.
- Invoice Handling: Validate and process payroll-related vendor invoices in line with internal procedures and timelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance) and external vendors to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with Dutch tax, labor, and social security regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch payroll processes, labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
- Familiarity with Dutch employee benefits including pensions and health insurance.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and integrity.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
