Job Title: Solar Power Solutions Presales

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical presales interface between customers and internal Sales, Service, and Product teams

• Understand solar power solutions end-to-end (inverters, system architecture, applications) and clearly explain them to customers with varying technical backgrounds

• Deliver clear, structured technical presentations and demos to customers and channel partners

• Translate customer needs and constraints into appropriate technical solutions, system configurations, and product selections

• Support customers during solution design, system planning, and technical validation

• Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate technical input and quotations

• Collaborate with customers to optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and cost

• Provide technical input to Sales strategy through market and competitor analysis (solar inverter landscape, positioning, and use cases)

• Represent the company in technical workshops, webinars, and industry events

• Ensure all activities follow internal SOPs and documentation standards

• Maintain structured project documentation and support order follow-up where required
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Solid understanding of solar inverter fundamentals and energy storage technologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)

• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities

• Comfortable working under pressure and committed to continuous learning and development

• Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment

• Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
