Job Title: Solar Power Solutions Presales
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the technical presales interface between customers and internal Sales, Service, and Product teams
Understand solar power solutions end-to-end (inverters, system architecture, applications) and clearly explain them to customers with varying technical backgrounds
Deliver clear, structured technical presentations and demos to customers and channel partners
Translate customer needs and constraints into appropriate technical solutions, system configurations, and product selections
Support customers during solution design, system planning, and technical validation
Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate technical input and quotations
Collaborate with customers to optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and cost
Provide technical input to Sales strategy through market and competitor analysis (solar inverter landscape, positioning, and use cases)
Represent the company in technical workshops, webinars, and industry events
Ensure all activities follow internal SOPs and documentation standards
Maintain structured project documentation and support order follow-up where required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of solar inverter fundamentals and energy storage technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities
Comfortable working under pressure and committed to continuous learning and development
Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
