Job Title: Sales Financing Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: (Düsseldorf, Germany)
We are currently looking for a Sales Financing Specialist (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of post-loan business data for IT systems related to sales financing, including shipment declaration, collection tracking, ledger information, data supplementation, verification, and redundant data cleanup, to support sales financing payment operations (such as interest and fee payments, principal collection and transfer, etc.), including payment document review, amount verification, and initiation of payment applications.
- Execution of credit management-related customer financial reports, operational, and macroeconomic data cleaning and analysis: 1) Collection, analysis, and cleaning of customer/partner financial report information into data usable for rating, analysis, and modeling.
2) Cleaning of operator user, ARPU, market share, and other information.
3) Cleaning of national external ratings, EIU, economic indicators, and other information.
4) Support for rating and credit line basic information: entry of customer financial, operational, macroeconomic, and transaction information, output of initial rating assessments.
5) Routine rating and credit line tracking management; management of credit risk mitigation tools: acquisition, entry, and maturity management of mitigation tools.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in Finance or relevant.
- Possesses a foundational understanding of basic financial and economic concepts, including but not limited to financial management, finance, international trade, taxation, and other specialized knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance-related positions is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT), especially proficiency in advanced Excel features.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
- Strong communication and driving abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork spirit, proactive, honest, and upright; possesses good stability and learning capabilities.
