PV Business Development Manager
Huawei is looking for a PV Business Development Manager to work within our regional Digital Power Business Group, base location Dusseldorf or The Hague.

PV Business Development Manager
Dusseldorf / The Hague
Main Responsibilities:
- Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that improve Huawei positions in regional photovoltaic and renewable energy industry;
- Develop direct sales business and find opportunities in European customers partners (Electricity customers, industry customers, and installers etc.) ;
- Setting business development strategic sales direction matching both with customer and Huawei;
- Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /System Integrators and customers;
- Identify and win key projects of key customer, be responsible for client relationship development, manage and monitor sales /delivery operation /customer relationship for key customers and partners;
- Take the sales lead role in projects; understand customer’s business needs and challenges, present Huawei’s value proposition to customers, work together with Huawei SPV technical team to provide the best solution for customers;
- Cooperate with solution manager to running the project, analyze the tender, do the presentation and quotation. Prepare the answering for the tender documents.
Requirements:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the smart PV industry, including the bidding process, construction mode, components, and inverters;
• Have a good command of the high-level design solution of the smart PV solution and transfer key value information;
• Be able to have at least one professional knowledge covering major fields of the PV industry, including components and inverters;
• Be able to independently develop businesses;
• Be familiar with mainstream players and partners in the local market and understand the market operation mode;
• Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment;
• Have a good learning capability, be able to quickly understand emerging key technologies, and be able to compare and analyze the solutions of competitors and Huawei;
• Have project guidance and operation experience, including RFI/RFP guidance strategies and related management;
• Fluent in English and in any other EU language.
