Job Title: Human Resources Assistant(Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: (Bucharest, Romania)
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Bucharest office.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Development & Capability Building
• Assist in organizing on boarding sessions, training, and follow-ups to help new employees adapt quickly.
• Support capability-building initiatives and coordinate training activities in line with business needs.
2. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
• Plan and organize corporate culture activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, Family Day, team building, and annual events.
• Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and follow-up action plans.
3. HR Routine Operations Support
• Support HR daily operations, including attendance management, and HR data analysis.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and colleagues on cross-functional HR tasks.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelor's degree and above.
- Proficiency in MS Office with solid data processing and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
- Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills; High level of empathy, service awareness and employee experience orientation;Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong execution and multi-tasking abilities; honest and upright; good stability and learning ability.
- Previous HR-related internship or work experience is a plus.
