Job Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

Main Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
• Support the Sales organization in planning, executing, and monitoring sales projects.
• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with key and large accounts.
• Build, enhance, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Promote and position the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
• Manage and coordinate business activities between Huawei and customers, ensuring alignment of interests and expectations.
• Develop and deliver impactful business proposals and professional presentations.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, coordinating with technical sales to provide tailored solutions.
• Develop cooperative business plans with customers and partners to define new business models and support product development.
• Actively contribute to sales account planning by identifying opportunities, recommending actionable strategies, and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
Marketing & PR Activities
• Support the development and execution of media relations and communication strategies that protect, grow, and strengthen Huawei’s brand and reputation in Slovenia.
• Coordinate external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional messaging.
• Provide support in building and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Support organization of marketing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting on media coverage, industry trends and activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand alignment and effective local adaptation.

Requirements:

•   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, MBA, Economics or related field.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of marketing, public relations, and external communications.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
