Job Title: Content & Communication Intern

Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (On-site)

Internship Duration: 4 - 12 Months, starting from October/November

Compensation: 750 EUR per month

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the content strategy, by helping plan and manage campaigns and the content calendar across all corporate online channels. 
• Create and launch social media campaigns to grow followers, subscribers and engagement.
• Maintain the corporate Dutch website.
• Prepare briefs for videos, photos, online campaigns and larger publications.
• Work closely with business teams in Netherlands to develop engaging content and align publication plans. 
• Monitor the online sentiment and support quick responses to issues, adjusting strategy together with the manager when needed.
• Collaborate with HQ and Western Europe teams on adapting and running international campaigns.
• Collaborate with other team members in the department to support the overall team objectives and maximize communication impact.
• Analyze performance data from communication platforms and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to regular reporting on online communication performance.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a university, studying in Media, Communications, Marketing or another relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Available to work at least 3 days in the office in Rijswijk.
• A creative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about social media, digital content and creative campaigns.
• Proactive, eager to learn, motivated to grow professionally.
