Huawei Poland is looking for a EHS Specialist for our Digital Power Business Group in Warsaw.

EHS Specialist
Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the bearer of Digital Power service security and quality in the rep office, and be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the service quality strategy in the Poland Rep Office.
- Under the guidance of the regional service director, develop the digital energy service security and quality plan and build the quality management system of the rep office.
- Develop the quality culture and quality engineering capabilities of the rep office, support the achievement of quality objectives of the region/rep office, and achieve sustainable and high-quality business development.
- Prepare and implement EHS project plans, monitor the quality of works and implementation of projects by the engineering teams. Act as owner of EHS and Quality control for large scale projects.
- Direct communication with Key projects stakeholders in terms of quality assurance strategies and EHS plans and provide necessary trainings and workshops
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Occupational health and safety management, Production and Quality Engineering, Production Management discipline or equivalent.
- Have at least one year of experience in quality management or successfully lead continuous improvement projects.
- Be familiar with service processes, know green energy products and PV and BESS solutions, and master the quality management system and quality engineering methods.
- Understand internal and external customer requirements, and understand service quality pain points and difficulties.
- Be oriented towards high-quality results, and face difficulties and challenges head-on.
- Carry out security and quality management from the perspective of the end-to-end process, and be good at coordinating and working with resources of related domains to prevent and improve cross-domain quality.
- Motivated and have the ability to work across an international and multi-cultural teams.
- English and Polish fluently.
