Job Title: Project Finance Controller

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive financial management across project operations, bridging pre- and post-sales activities.
• Advise and support project teams in securing and delivering high-quality contracts.
• Manage all project financial activities—estimates, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting—to ensure targets are met.
• Provide financial solutions at the project level and proactively mitigate risks.
• Participate in LTC (Lead to Cash), PMP (Project Management Process), and PDRT (Project Delivery Review) to support contractual delivery and business objectives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of project financial data, implementing internal controls where needed.
• Optimize operational efficiency and profitability while controlling project-level financial risks.
• Guarantee projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with contractual commitments.

Requirements:

• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and professional growth.
• Proficient in financial analysis, operational evaluation, and project profitability management.
• Deep understanding of profit statements, delivery processes, and business operations, with the ability to enhance project performance and outcomes.
• Strong ability to identify risks, manage project objectives end-to-end, and support high-quality contract execution.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software, with openness to learning internal digital tools.
