Job Title: Fotowoltaika - PV Business Development Manager
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
- Setting strategic sales direction matching both with customer and Huawei;
 - Manage and monitor and sales /delivery operation /customer relation exploration in Poland;
 - Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry;
 - Initiates and implements strategic alliances with Invertors / Developers / General Constructors;
 - Identify and win key projects of key customer, ensure testing site/breakthrough/customer satisfaction;
 - Be responsible for client relationship development and also full in charge of market share development;
 - Take the lead on developing project team and ensure the passing-on of Huawei core value & improvement of work skill.
 
Requirements:
- Sales experience in Energy/Electrical & Electronic field in sales preferred;
 - 5 years of sales experience in energy domain, if has solar inverter experience in sales involving clients is an advantage;
 - Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;
 - Success-oriented, management experience is a must;
 - Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment;
 - Bachelor´s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration combined with;
 - A keen affinity for technical products;
 - Good communication in English and Polish language.
