Job Title: ISP (Internet Service Provider) Industry Account Manager
Job Location: Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Berlin (preference for Munich)
Main Responsibilities:
• Account Manager/Director is the Team leader in our company in the CC3 team (Customer Centric 3), who is leading the Technique Solution Manager and Service Delivery Manager supporting by the big platform team to manage customer all requirements in time and in good quality level.
• Develop ISP new customers in Germany Local Market and establish the relationship in the business.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success end to end, from sales to delivery.
• Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements.
• Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
• Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts of products and services with the client.
• Supervise the account representatives and sales management team to ensure the number of sales increase and achieve the sales target.
• Report on the status of transactions and accounts.
• Set and track down sale account targets that are aligned with the company’s objectives
• Monitor the sales metrics regularly.
• Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience (more than 3 years) as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Administrator, or a similar role in the Sales Department in the Germany Telecommunication Market or ISP industry (City carriers and U utilities, etc.)
• Extensive experience in Sales and Customer Experience and relationship
development will be an advantage.
• Understand the Germany Telecommunication Market and also be familiar with the Telecommunication products and solution, especially the FTTH solution, IP solution and DWDM solution etc.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics and can present the ICT solutions in front of customers in good way.
• Strong sales mindset with hunting spirit, working with proactive attitude and can organize tasks in good structure.
• Strong Leadership and can organize the needed resource to support achieve the target.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Business acumen with problem-solving skills.
• Understanding and be familiar use of MS Office and other related office tools.
• Strong willingness and desire to grow.
• Excellent command of both German and English; able to handle business
communication fluently in both languages.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork spirit.
